Light Returns to Downtown L.A.
I picked up a flyer/postcard for THE EDISON the other day. It is a cool vintage-looking postcard, and there was not much information on the card besides their logo, address, website, and text which simply said "Light Returns to Downtown L.A." So, I went to their website and found out what it was all about.
The Edison is at the location where Downtown LA's first private power plant used to be, and they have refurbished and renovated the building, preserving many of the original boiler room features such as the decor... into a world class bar! It sounds very cool and interesting to see the renovations and also to check out their hand-crafted cocktails, carefully selected wines, signature food, and deserts. And they also will have live music :)
They will be opening sometime in mid-November 2006!
