We finally found a good PHO place in South Bay!! When we wanted PHO, we used to drive all the way to Westminster (Vietnamese town) in Orange County! But Pho Hong Long is almost as good as the ones we get in Westminster :D
Now, we can temporarily satisfy our craving for PHO until our next visit to Orange County!
The best PHO to order here are:
#7 Rare Beef Steak PHO
#31 Shrimp PHO
.....
I don't really like Beef Stripe or Beef Tendon, so I don't order it... But
#25 Special Combination is another popular one :)
I tasted my sister's... and the soup was milder than the regular Beef one! It was tasty.
* If you are planning to go there at night, you should call them to see what time they are open till. They close rather early... I wish they stayed open later!!
