INGREDIENTS:
Sea Bass (1/4lb) •Fennel (1/2) • White Onion (1) • Ginger
Sea SaltLemon PepperOlive Oil (1tb) • Balsamic Vinegar (1tb)

Fennel Bulb is one of the vegetables I'd never tried to cook before. I've always wanted to try them since they look interesting, but I never had the courage to pick them up at the store since I didn't know anything about them.

When I was shopping at Whole Foods last night, I saw a lady picking up some Fennel Bulb from her shopping list, so I asked her how she prepares this vegetable! She told me it was her first time trying this vegetable, and she was planning on cooking it with some fish (with the fennel bulb underneath). It sounded pretty good to me, so I decided to try it myself :D

After picking up my Fennel Bulb, I wandered around the market and then went to buy some fish. Surprisingly, the same lady was already there buying Sea Bass. (I hope she didn't think I was weird... I'm sure she did) Anyway! So, I also bought Sea Bass as well and started thinking about how I wanted to cook this Fennel and Sea Bass.

Here is the recipe I came up with. Oh my gosh....the meal turned out fantastic! The combination of Fennel, Ginger, Onion, and Sea Bass totally complimented each other. It definitely goes into my gourmet recipe book :P

1. Slice Fennel Bulb, Onion, Ginger and lay them into pyaex.
2. Lay Sea Bass over the vegetables
3. Sea Salt, Lemon Pepper over the whole thing
4. Sprinkle Fennel Fern Leaves, Graded Ginger, Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar
5. I baked Asparagus with this, and turned out great! (I would basically bake any vegetable you want to eat with this dish!)
6. Put the whole thing in the oven to broil for 20min and it’s ready to serve!!

Yummy and very easy :)
