Kwytza Kraft collect "post-use, single-use chopsticks from restaurants in China, thoroughly clean them, sanitize them at extremely high temperature and pressure" and recycle to make a broad range of home accessories, bags, and Jewelry.

Bryan Parks (an American who lived in China for several years) came up with this original idea one day he was having lunch. From his research, he discovered billions of single-use chopticks were consumed annually and 25 million trees and bamboo plants are supporting that resource waste. There is something to think about here...

Check out some of their products online!
I like some of their lamps :)

A valiant recycling effort! Personally, I'd feel weird about hanging a piece of jewelry off my neck that someone used to have in their mouth with some duck & soy sauce! Did you see that they recommend the large-sized "purse" for taking your laptop on the airplane?

ewww...
Duck & Soy Sauce...

The best way is probably restaurants to stop using non single-use chopsticks and go back to the old traditional way. But I love these guys' effort and idea for recycling though! I'm not really sold on the jewelry, but I like some of their lamps a lot!

I saw the recommended large-sized purse for taking your laptop :D
Hehehehe. I think it might make the laptop heavier though!
