Cute Pillows from Modern Twist, inspired by a Japanese anemone box :) The idea is to store and hide the clutter (ex. stuffed animals, blankets) in your house and also to be able to have second usage from it.
Modern Twist also have smaller version of these called "Hide Box" which would store your jewelry, coins, or perhaps keys :)
I love them... but they are so expensive!
I found a site selling their products, and the PJ Pillow Cases were selling for $105! That is pretty crazy price! You can find something like this for less than $50 in Japan for sure. But, yea... I do like the design, and they did do a nice job incorporating the modern technique with Japanese traditional twist :)

Awww! I love those! But my bubble quickly burst when you stated how expensive they are! Boo! Maybe there's a pattern online that we could use to sew our own?

I think my friend's mom made something like this when I was still very young.
They should be pretty easy and simple to make from my memory. The key was to know how to fold the fabric... :) Maybe I'll ask my mom. I'll let you know later!
