Stunning and magical show! Must see while they are in your town!!
Cirque Du Soleil is in town now performing Corteo in the tent under the Grand Chapiteau at The Forum, Los Angeles. This was our first time going to see their tent shows... and I was blown away by their performances, stage presence, set design, and the costume design. Very European, classical, and nostalgic style. It just took me away to a complete different world. Everything about it was just ...wonderful.

Our entrance was through the very first tent. It was an exciting night since we ended up getting 2 of the $90 tickets for free from our neighbor about 2 hours before the show! Since no one they knew were able to make it, we ended up getting super lucky:D

The way all the tents are set up is just amazing. Very efficient. There are many smaller tents all the way around the main big tent. And you are led to go in through a certain tent depending on where your seats are. Inside the smaller tent, you're able to buy food & drinks as well as some souvenirs. So, the smaller tents don't get over crowded.

We couldn't take any pictures once we went inside the main stage. But, the way they set up the stage was creative and incredible as well. The long narrow stage in the middle divides the room in half, and all the audiences are seated on either sides. There were this semi see-through curtains covering the stage when we first went in. We weren't really sure if there are people sitting on the other side of the stage or seeing the reflection of ourselves.

Back at the smaller tent. There were these amazing hand crafted paper mache masks from Italy!! Each one was $$$! They looked so cool that it was so tempting. I started thinking for a gift idea... But, we could only see collecting dust in someone's closet... or it might perhaps be displayed for a few months and get forgotten. And too expensive to be worn and played as a toy... I wish they sold small hand crafted paper mache masks for Christmas Ornaments. I would have definitely considered buying!

Everyone is trying to be Eco-Friendly!
Cirque Du Soleil sells bags made out of their old tents... and/or banners.
Not sure of the design so much, but I really love the idea!

Some of the t-shirts they had were really cool as well!
